TERMS OF USE Sorry. I know it's a lot to read, but it's important you know exactly how you may and may not use my images. Just because I am offering them free does not mean it's ok for you to post it on your MSN group or whatever kind of group or email it to a friend. If you download it from here, it is for you, and only you, to use. Give any interested parties a link to this site, but not the file. **UPDATE** You MAY NOT post any of the images on Flickr or Facebook or use in Facebook applications
You Can: You CAN use these graphics for commercial or non-commercial projects. You can use the graphics to make sig tags for yourself or others. You can use them for web pages, journals, stationary, candy wrappers, Zazzle and other POD site items, you name it. Anything you create with the images is yours to do with as you please as long as you are not redistributing the file itself as a tube, jpg, gif, brush, clipart, etc. You can freely distribute or sell anything you CREATE from the images - as long as it is not a stockphoto, clip art, graphic collection etc. The key word here is the you must create something new. You are not required to linkback or give credit on the tubes, but, of course, it is always appreciated! Some MSN Groups require copyrights on
images. If you belong to one of them, © KRWgraphics.com is fine, but please -
no sharing of the files! You Can NOT: You MAY NOT hotlink to my zip files. You must save the files to your own
hard drive. You MAY NOT store the images on a network or internet site where it can be
accessed by a 3rd party. Commercial Use: Basically, if you create an product, such as a coffee mug or t-shirt with the item, it is yours to sell or distribute in any way you choose. If you create a scrapbook set, web set, sig tag etc, you may sell and distribute these PROVIDED you have made them unique to you. What does that mean? It means, for example, if you take one of my faeries as she is and add her to a scrapbook collection to sell, she is exactly as you got her and that is copyright violation. However, if you take that same faerie, put her inside a frame with a background and/or some text to use on a scrapbook page, she is no longer as I created her AND no one can extract my original image and use it. She is now a unique creation of your own. NOTE: Simply resizing, flipping, etc is not making a new creation from the images. For it to be a creation of your own, the changes have to be significant and obvious to distinguish them from my original. The end user must not be able to extract my original image from your file.
